- Service fees charged by airlinesmap.com are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, are usually processed within 7–10 working days. Depending on banks or payment gateways, this may take longer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
2. Flight Bookings
2.1 24-Hour Free Cancellation
- If you cancel a flight booking within 24 hours of purchase and the departure date is at least 7 days away, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, airline fare rules and penalties apply.

- Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the airline.

3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings
- If your booking is marked as non-refundable, you will not receive a refund for cancellation, no-shows, or early check-outs.
3.3 Special & Group Bookings
- Group rates, promotional deals, or discounted bookings may carry special cancellation terms. These will be displayed at the time of booking.
4. Modifications
- Flight or hotel modifications (date changes, upgrades, etc.) are subject to availability and the policies of the respective airline or hotel.

5. No-Show Policy
