1. General Terms

  • All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
  • Service fees charged by airlinesmap.com are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are usually processed within 7–10 working days. Depending on banks or payment gateways, this may take longer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.

2. Flight Bookings

2.1 24-Hour Free Cancellation

  • If you cancel a flight booking within 24 hours of purchase and the departure date is at least 7 days away, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, airline fare rules and penalties apply.

2.2 Airline-Specific Policies

  • Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the airline.
  • Low-cost carriers (LCCs) may have stricter policies and non-refundable fares.
  • No-show passengers are generally not eligible for a refund.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • A service fee may be deducted from your refund.

3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

  • If your booking is marked as non-refundable, you will not receive a refund for cancellation, no-shows, or early check-outs.

3.3 Special & Group Bookings

  • Group rates, promotional deals, or discounted bookings may carry special cancellation terms. These will be displayed at the time of booking.

4. Modifications

  • Flight or hotel modifications (date changes, upgrades, etc.) are subject to availability and the policies of the respective airline or hotel.
  • Additional charges may apply.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to check-in for your flight or hotel reservation, you may not be eligible for any refund.
  • Airlines and hotels consider no-shows as cancellations without notice.

6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Situations
